Jah Shaka: Tudor Rose 13th November 2010

HOMG. I have been going to see Shaka since I was a younger. I've been going to the Tudor Rose since my earliest raving days. Combine the two and what's not to love? I got into the dance at 1am (guest list ftw!) and hooked up with a Twitter homie I've been long overdue a meet up with and then for the next 4-5 hours I danced like my life depended on it.



Grabbed some iPhone audio which didn't come out that badly. It's great that Shaka is now back on the mic at these dances, it makes such a difference.



I always used to say that the sweet spot was at 3am but this dance really peaked at 4am and 5am was way too early a finish and had me wishing for the sunrise 7am finishes we'd sometimes get in Southend.



An absolute SMASH of a dance and every bit as live and exciting as the first one I ever attended waaaay back in the day. Roll on the next one.
